This is one of our progressive options, which we tend to roast slightly lighter, to highlight the origin of the beans and the characteristics it possesses. We generally recommend trying it black first.
This specialty coffee scores 87 pts (SCA) and is a yellow Catucai variety, which is naturally (hand picked) processed, and grown at an altitude of 1250 masl. It’s traceable to a 14 hectare farm in Divinolândia, in the Região Vulcânica of Brazil, which only produces 150 bags a year!
Think sweet molasses, apricot and bursts of acidity, with a super smooth mouthfeel. This might be the best coffee you’ve had in a while!
