This is one of our progressive options, which we tend to roast slightly lighter, to highlight the origin of the beans and the characteristics it possesses. We generally recommend trying it black first.
This specialty coffee scores 85pts (SCA) and is a Yellow Catucai variety, which is naturally processed, and grown at an altitude of 1100 masl. It’s traceable to one specific farm in the Caldas region of Brazil.
Think marzipan, salted caramel and hazelnuts, with a round and full mouthfeel. This is something very special!
